POLITICAL-
SOCIAL ACTIVITIES
Director of the Association of young entrepreneurs
of enterprises of U.S.S.R., from 1989-1993, later -
Association of directors of enterprises of U.S.S.R.
- that became a model for the creation of Union of Industrialists
and Businessmen of Russia.
Director of the Institute of countries of C.I.S. (
Institute of Diaspora and Integration, which was founded
on his initiative), from 1996 up to today. It is the
first and unique scientific institution that deals with
the research of problems of Russian Diaspora in the
neighboring countries and the situation of compatriots.
Member of the Governmental Committee of Russian Federation
on affairs of compatriots abroad. By command of Mayor
of Moscow Mr. U. Louzhkov, he was appointed Director
of "House of compatriots of Moscow", that
was created on the initiative of Municipality of Moscow
for supporting Russian communities and attracting potentials
of Russian Diaspora the growth of the city, 2003.

One of the founders of organisation "Homeland",
1998 created by the initiative of U. Louzkov. Member
of Central political council of party "Unified
Russia", from 1 December 2001 , following the unification
